Introduced in 1975, the Mercury Grand Marquis represented luxury in a full-size, family sedan. With V8 power, large passenger capacity, and a smooth ride; it quickly became one of the most popular cars built by Mercury. Today, it still stays true to its roots but in a more refined package. All models come standard with a 4.6-liter SOHC V8 coupled to a 4-speed automatic transmission. There are four models to choose from: the GS, GS Convenience, LS Premium, and the top-of-the line LS Ultimate. For heightened safety, the Grand Marquis features the Personal Safety System that includes airbags and crash and seatbelt sensors that all work together to keep occupants protected.
Base MSRP for the 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis GS start at $25,355 and up to $31,690 for the LS Ultimate.
