In its second year, the mid-size family four-door Verona sedan has several noteworthy features. All trim levels have standard disc brakes, and the LX and EX models get standard antilock brakes. Side airbags for the front occupants also run standard, but it is important to note that a 4-cylinder engine is not available.

An inline, six-cylinder 2.5-liter, 155 horsepower engine comes standard on all trims. In addition, manual transmission is not available on any of the trim levels. EPA estimates are 20mpg for the city and 28 mpg for the highway.

Base MSRP for Verona S starts at $18,094 and the priciest trim, the EX, starts at $21,594.
