2007 Honda Element

The 2007 Honda Element is an SUV combining some of the best elements of a pickup truck with the best elements of a sport utility vehicle. Introduced in 2003 the vehicle has been marketed to, and been popular with, younger consumers. The 2007 Element now has an SC trim and adds some new safety features.

Introducing the 2007 Honda Element

The Honda Element got its origins from a concept car revealed by Honda back in 2001. The vehicle appealed to younger consumers, so Honda went back to the drawing board, releasing the Element in 2003. The light SUV is a combination of pickup truck and sport utility vehicle.

What's new in 2007?

The 2007 Honda Element has added side curtain airbags and an electronic stability system. There is also a new trim for 2007 which is the SC. The other trims also have some new body colors and exteriors available for 2007. The car company has also updated and upgraded the four-cylinder engines. The Element comes in both front-wheel and four-wheel drive models. The new SC trim is a more sporty version of the Element and is even closer to the ground than the other trims.

The 2007 Honda Element is priced between $18,900 - $22,695.

The Honda Element reports getting between 21 and 22 mpg when driving in the city. The Element gets between 24 and 27 mpg while driving on the highway.

The Engines Available.

The 2007 Honda Element comes with a 166-hp, 2.4-liter I-4 engine. The Element goes from 0 6- in 8.97 seconds. The vehicle is also available in a 5-speed automatic transmission and a 5-speed manual transmission both with overdrive.

The passenger and cargo volumes are also the same as the LX. The sportier SC has the same length as the EX and the same width as the other two trims. However, the height of the SC is 69.4 inches. The interior space for passenger and cargo on the SC is the same.

2007 Acura TSX
